Payment Policy:
To secure your reservation, full payment must be received. Upon booking, kindly furnish us with an email address to which we will send a secure link for credit card payment processing.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations during the High Season (November 1st to April 15th), please notify us at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival. During the Green Season (April 16th to October 31st), we require a minimum of 15 days' notice.
